- *Role Objective**

nTo drive **primary sales directly through dealers and key accounts**, ensure **timely payment realization**, and strengthen **relationships with kitchen studios, interior showrooms, and key project accounts** across Thrissur and Palakkad markets, while expanding the presence of Sleek Accessories.n
- *Key Responsibilities**

Primary Sales

nDealer & Key Account Focus**n
- Drive **primary sales directly to dealers and key accounts** (no distributor handling).
- Achieve assigned **monthly and annual sales targets**.
- Ensure proper **product availability, display, and visibility** at dealer showrooms and key accounts.
- Promote Sleek Accessories range including **kitchen accessories, hardware fittings, modular kitchen components, and interior solutions**.
- *2. Dealer & Key Account Management**
- Manage and grow business with **authorized dealers, kitchen studios, interior showrooms, and large-format retail partners**.
- Develop long-term relationships with **key accounts, builders, and project customers**.
- Identify and onboard new dealers / key accounts as per company guidelines.
- Conduct regular business reviews and joint planning with dealers.

Payment

nRealization & Credit Monitoring**n
- Ensure **timely collection of payments** from dealers and key accounts.
- Monitor outstanding balances, credit periods, and ageing.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Maintain strict adherence to company **credit and collection policies**.

Market

nDevelopment – Thrissur & Palakkad**n
- Plan and execute systematic market coverage across assigned territories.
- Identify **new projects, villas, apartments, kitchen studios,



and interior firms**.
- Track competitor activities including pricing, schemes, and new product introductions.
- Provide regular market intelligence and business insights to management.
- *5.

Product

nPromotion & Brand Activation**n
- Execute **product demonstrations, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns**.
- Train dealer staff and installers on product features and installation guidelines.
- Ensure correct implementation of branding, POS materials, and display standards.
- *6. Reporting & Coordination**
- Submit **daily market visit reports, sales updates, and payment status reports**.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as **logistics, service, and accounts** for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain updated customer and key account records.
- *Desired Candidate Profile**
- *Experience:**
- 2–6 years of experience in **Building Materials, Kitchen Accessories, Hardware, Modular Kitchen Components, or Interior Products**.
- *Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong dealer and key account handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and payment follow-up capability
- Good understanding of project and interior market dynamics
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting and MS Excel
- *Personal Attributes:**
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Solid ownership of territory and accounts
- Willingness to travel extensively within Thrissur–Palakkad
- *Educational Qualification**
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Diploma in Sales & Marketing preferred)
