Adorn Constructions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer / Design Architect to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for concept development, exterior design, and preparation of detailed architectural drawings for residential and small commercial projects.
This role requires a professional who can transform ideas into practical and aesthetically appealing designs, while ensuring accuracy in technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development
- Develop architectural design concepts for residential and small commercial projects
- Understand client requirements and translate them into functional design solutions
- Prepare concept sketches, layouts, and preliminary designs
Exterior Design
- Create attractive and practical building façade and elevation designs
- Develop exterior concepts aligned with modern architectural trends
- Prepare 3D models and renderings for client presentations
Detailed Drawings
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and working drawings
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with structural,
electrical, and plumbing consultants
- Ensure drawings meet site execution requirements
Project Coordination
- Work closely with project managers and site teams
- Modify designs based on project requirements and site conditions
- Ensure design quality and consistency across projects
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, or similar visualization tools
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Ability to prepare accurate working drawings
- Valuable visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
