We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and grow our Equity business in Lucknow. The role involves building and managing a team, driving revenue, and owning the complete P&L; of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead a team of 1 Team Leader + 7 Relationship Managers (1+7 structure)
Drive Equity Sales & Revenue Generation through client acquisition and cross-selling
Own and manage Branch P&L; (Profit & Loss)
Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue targets
Acquire HNI / Retail clients and increase AUM
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity & target achievement
Maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Key Requirements: n
Experience in Equity / Broking Industry
Proven track record in team handling & revenue generation
Robust leadership and team-building skills
Ability to drive business independently
Experience in managing P&L; and scaling business
Preferred Candidate Profile: n
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Equity / Wealth / Broking
Prior experience as Branch Manager / Team Leader preferred
Solid network in the Lucknow market
