- *Job Description:**

nChild Survival India is looking for a dynamic and committed **Project Coordinator** to lead and manage community-based interventions focused on women empowerment and gender justice.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Ensure effective implementation of all project activities such as Mohalla meetings, Panchayat meetings, adolescent girls’ sessions, community events, and trainings.
- Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders including opinion leaders, Panchayat members, public health functionaries, police, protection officers, and lawyers.
- Facilitate and ensure regular functioning of Women’s Panchayat meetings.




- Plan and execute trainings and community events in coordination with Para Legal Workers and Mahila Panchayat members.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all cases handled under the project.
- Compile and submit reports on trainings, meetings, and community events to the Project Manager.
- *Required Skills:**
- Strong leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in gender, legal awareness, or community development projects
- Good reporting and documentation skills
