- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division for a Relationship Manager – Preferred and Imperia.n

The Relationship

nManager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving relationship enhancement through cross-selling of financial products, including wealth management, loans, and investment products.



Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, identifying customer needs, collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to maximize satisfaction and generate new business opportunities, as well as consistent tracking of portfolio performance to meet business goals.n
- *Qualifications**
- Experience in Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, and Cross-Selling Financial Products
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management, Investment Products, and Loan Services
- Analytical skills for Portfolio Management and Business Development
- Excellent Communication and Client Servicing Skills
- Ability to work in office in the Pune Division and collaborate across teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the financial or banking sector, with knowledge of regulatory compliance
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer value
