Core Responsibilities*
Design Development: Create design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and detailed, 3D renderings for client approval.
Space Planning: Analyze and design floor plans, furniture layouts, lighting, and plumbing, ensuring optimal space utilization.
Project Management: Supervise projects from conception to completion, managing timelines and site visits to ensure adherence to design plans.
Budgeting & Procurement: Estimate costs, set budgets, and source furniture, fixtures, and materials (FF&E;).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with health, safety, and building codes.

Required Skills and Qualifications*
Software Proficiency: Solid skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other CAD software.
Creativity and Vision: An eye for color, texture,



lighting, and spatial arrangement.
Communication: Excellent verbal and visual skills to present ideas to clients and contractors.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of structural requirements, materials, and construction techniques.
Education: A degree or certificate in Interior Design or interior architecture. Indeed +6
