- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Create and execute a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan across multiple digital channels.
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and CAC optimization.
- Manage budgets and campaigns efficiently across all digital platforms to ensure maximum performance and profitability.
- Implement A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and continuous performance tracking.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels.
- Identify, test, and scale current marketing channels to meet or exceed performance goals.
- Implement marketing automation, lead generation, and nurturing strategies to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback,
and campaign performance insights.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- *Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Affiliate, PPC, SEO, etc.).
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other campaign management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
nWe're looking to hire a people person who can make candidates feel comfortable quickly and can attract talent. This will be a full-time role with Work from Office. We follow a proper reporting mechanism, which shall be followed and the candidate should be comfortable working on the Google Business suite and applications for daily reporting.
