Account Executive - Manufacturing Sector*

Preferred Candidates:* Residing between Borivali and Virar.
Qualifications & Requirements:* B.Com/M.Com Any Graduate, Acceptable: BBI, BMS, BAF. (Not Preferred: Other fields)
Work Experience:*

nExperience Required: 1 – 6 years in core accounting (Manufacturing or similar industry)n

Note: Candidates with experience in CA firms will not be considered.

n

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Gross/Month)

n
Roles & Responsibilities :*

n· Preparation and management of Sales Invoices, Service Invoices, E-way Bills, and Delivery Challansn

· Processing Purchase Invoices and Expense Vouchers

n

· Handling petty cash transactions and records

n

· Managing communication with clients and vendors (via phone,



email, and in-person)

n

· Working knowledge and application of GST and TDS regulations

n

· Transaction processing, ledger updates, and budgeting activities

n

· Account reconciliation, ledger confirmation, and discrepancy identification

n
Skills Required:*

nProficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general data handlingn

Familiarity with MS Office Suite

n

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

n

Computer literacy and ability to work independently

n

Proactive and responsible attitude

nPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthn
