Account Executive - Manufacturing Sector

Job Type: Full time

Location: Vasai, Mumbai

(Pickup & Drop Facility Available from Vasai, Virar, Nalasopara Station)

Preferred Candidates: Residing between Borivali and Virar.

Qualifications & Requirements: B.Com/M.Com Any Graduate, Acceptable: BBI, BMS, BAF. (Not Preferred: Other fields)

Work Experience:

Experience Required: 1 – 6 years in core accounting (Manufacturing or similar industry)

Note: Candidates with experience in CA firms will not be considered.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Gross/Month)

Roles & Responsibilities :

· Preparation and management of Sales Invoices, Service Invoices, E-way Bills, and Delivery Challans

· Processing Purchase Invoices and Expense Vouchers

· Handling petty cash transactions and records





· Managing communication with clients and vendors (via phone, email, and in-person)

· Working knowledge and application of GST and TDS regulations

· Transaction processing, ledger updates, and budgeting activities

· Account reconciliation, ledger confirmation, and discrepancy identification

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Tally ERP, Tally Prime, MS Excel, and general data handling

Familiarity with MS Office Suite

Robust attention to detail and accuracy

Computer literacy and ability to work independently

Proactive and responsible attitude

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
