- *Job Summary:**

nWe are seeking an experienced Civil Surveyor with a strong background in building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for accurate land and structural surveys, preparing survey documents, ensuring alignment and leveling during construction, and coordinating with the site execution team.n

The Civil

nSurveyor will **report directly to the Project Manager (PM)**.n
- *Immediate joiners will be given preference.**
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct land, site, and structural surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other instruments.
- Prepare survey reports, layout plans, and drawings for construction activities.
- Mark levels, coordinates, and reference points for foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural elements.
- Ensure correct alignment, leveling, and grading throughout construction stages.
- Verify site measurements as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Perform setting-out works for buildings, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments regularly.
- Coordinate closely with engineers, architects, and site supervisors as per PM’s instructions.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress records and submit them to the PM.




- Resolve surveying-related discrepancies in coordination with the Project Manager.
- *Qualifications & Skills:**
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying.
- Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Surveyor in building construction projects.
- Proficient with Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and other surveying tools.
- Strong understanding of civil drawings and construction plans.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and survey software.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills; able to work effectively with PM and site team.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- **Immediate joiners are highly preferred.**
- Willing to work at project locations in **Pune or Nashik**.
