Qualification : Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Experience : 2+ years (Education or EdTech industry preferred

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations and activities of the Academy
- Design and coordinate educational programs, services, or activities offered by the Academy, ensuring they meet quality standards
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of education
- Monitor and evaluate the Academy's performance, assess outcomes, and make necessary adjustments to improve results
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, students, parents, or other stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns




- Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract clients or students, increase enrollment, and enhance Academy's visibility
- Engage with the local community, businesses, and educational institutions to foster partnerships and collaboration
- Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management or governing bodies on the Academy's activities, achievements, and challenges
- Work towards achieving enrollment targets, revenue goals, and other key performance indicators set for the Academy

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
