The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, business development, and distributor management in the Jhansi region. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of company strategies in the assigned territory.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Jhansi area
- Manage and expand distributor and dealer networks
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, retailers, and key stakeholders
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain financial discipline
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team in the assigned region
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews
- Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

- *Key Requirements:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma/biotech sales (area handling preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Positive knowledge of the Jhansi market and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
