- IELTS / PTE / TOEFL / Duolingo Trainer**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Trainer to deliver effective IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Duolingo test preparation. The role involves classroom and online training, leveraging LMS platforms for practice and mock tests, and providing personalized feedback to help students achieve their desired scores.

**Location**:Kukatpally KPHB

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules.
- Design and deliver structured lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs.
- Assign and track practice activities and mock test material via LMS.
- Evaluate students’ written and spoken responses as per test standards.
- Conduct regular mock exams and provide detailed performance feedback.
- Identify strengths, weaknesses, and create targeted improvement strategies.
- Stay updated with latest exam formats, scoring patterns, and changes.
- Record sessions as required to support online learners and build content resources.
- Motivate,



mentor, and support students in achieving their academic and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, scores, and student progress.
- Collaborate with academic teams to continuously enhance training content and methodology.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong command of English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of IELTS, PTE, TOEFL, and Duolingo exam formats.
- Proficiency in using LMS platforms for content delivery and evaluation.
- Ability to analyze and evaluate student performance with constructive feedback.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new tools, methods, and technologies.
- Strong mentoring, communication, and motivational skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing both classroom and online sessions effectively.
- Passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
