The Tele Sales Advisor is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting organic products, and converting leads into sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
- Follow up on interested leads and pending orders
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Resolve basic customer queries and complaints
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate or Intermediate (12th pass)
- Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years in telesales or telecalling
- Languages: Telugu (mandatory), Hindi or English (preferred)

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer handling ability
