Job Title: Senior CounsellorDepartment: Admissions / CounsellingReporting To: Centre Head / ManagerJob Summary:

The Senior Counsellor is responsible for guiding students through the admission process, providing course information, handling walk-ins, managing lead follow-ups, and ensuring successful conversions. The role requires excellent communication skills, counselling ability, and a strong understanding of aviation-related courses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students and parents regarding aviation and related training programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries and provide accurate course information.
- Manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email to ensure lead conversion.
- Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Assist with documentation, registration, and admission formalities.
- Maintain high professionalism, ethics, and a student-first approach.




- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets set by management.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
- Represent the organization during events, seminars, and campaigns when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Counsellor or Senior Counsellor (preferably in the education or aviation sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, English, and local language preferred).
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Good computer knowledge—MS Office, CRM, and data entry.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-service driven.

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, in office role at the Kukatpally, Hyderabad office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,131.62 - ₹60,000.00 per month
