- *Role Description**

nThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Captain located in Kolkata.n

The Operations

nCaptain will be responsible for overseeing operational coordination between the field teams, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth implementation and functioning of the KiarX system at mining sites. The role involves monitoring operational data, coordinating with field executives, conducting site visits, gathering client feedback, and ensuring effective adoption of KiarX solutions at the ground level.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and support the management and troubleshooting of KiarX hardware and systems through internal teams and field executives.
- Conduct site visits to mining locations for coordination, operational monitoring, and client interaction.
- Collect feedback from site teams, drivers, operators, and client representatives to improve operational efficiency.




- Assist in preparing training materials, guides, and documentation for drivers, operators, and official teams.
- Monitor mining operations remotely using KiarX digital dashboards and tools.
- Track system performance and coordinate with technical teams to ensure maximum uptime and smooth functioning.
- Review and analyze trip data, diesel consumption reports, and operational metrics.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Act as a coordination point between field teams, clients, and internal departments.
- Support client onboarding and implementation of KiarX solutions at mining sites.
- Maintain records, SOPs, compliance documentation, and operational reports.
- Ensure operational processes follow company protocols and safety standards.
- *Qualifications**
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in operations coordination and operational management.
- Good analytical skills for reviewing operational data and reports.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and field-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mining Engineering, or related field.
- Prior exposure to mining operations or industrial operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and operational coordination.
