Job Title: Export Executive – Confectionery IndustryJob Overview:

The Export Executive will be responsible for managing international sales, export documentation, logistics coordination, and customer relationships for confectionery products. The role focuses on developing new export markets, ensuring compliance with export regulations, and supporting the company’s growth in global regions.

Key Responsibilities:Export Sales & Market Development

- Identify potential international markets, distributors, and partners for confectionery products.
- Generate export leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy for target countries.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers, tenders, and contracts.

Order & Documentation Management

- Prepare and manage export documentation:
- Invoice
- Packing list
- Bill of Lading / AWB
- Certificate of Origin
- FSSAI / Health Certificate
- LC / Bank Documentation
- Coordinate with CHA, shipping agents, and freight forwarders.
- Ensure accuracy in HS codes, duty structures, and product labelling compliance.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

- Plan and track shipments (Sea/Air).
- Coordinate with production and warehouse for timely order dispatch.




- Ensure product packaging meets export norms (shelf life, labeling, allergen info).

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

- Ensure adherence to country-specific food regulations and standards.
- Maintain knowledge of export laws, customs procedures, and documentation.
- Liaise with QA team for certifications such as:
- FSSAI
- ISO
- HACCP

Customer Relationship & After-Sales

- Handle client communication for queries, complaints, and order updates.
- Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collection.
- Periodic review with global distributors for sales growth.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of international trade laws and export documentation.
- Understanding of FMCG / Confectionery markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems.
- Ability to manage logistics and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate / MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of export experience (preferably in FMCG / Food / Confectionery).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,585.63 - ₹25,000.00 per month
