Key Responsibilities1. Data Management & Reporting
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to:
Sales (region-wise, distributor-wise, product-wise)
Production & inventory
Dispatch & logistics
Maintain accurate databases of SKUs, distributors, retailers, and stock levels
Ensure timely submission of reports to management
Sales & Distribution Analysis
Track primary & secondary sales performance
Analyze product-wise movement (rapid/slow-moving confectionery items like chocolates, candies, biscuits)
Monitor schemes, discounts, and promotional effectiveness
Identify gaps in distribution and suggest improvements
Inventory & Production Tracking
Monitor stock levels across warehouses and depots
Coordinate with production team to align demand vs supply
Track wastage, expiry (very significant in confectionery), and returns
Data Analysis & Insights
Prepare dashboards and presentations for management review
Analyze trends (seasonal demand like festivals, summer candy sales, etc.)
Provide actionable insights to improve sales and reduce costs
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with:
Sales team (for market data)
Production team (for output planning)




Finance team (for revenue & cost tracking)
Resolve data discrepancies across departments
System & Process Management
Maintain MIS systems (Excel, ERP like SAP, Tally, or other FMCG tools)
Automate reports where possible
Ensure data accuracy and integrity

Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.)
Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in:
Commerce (B.Com)
Business Administration (BBA)
Or related field
MBA (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience
1–4 years in MIS / Data Analysis
Experience in FMCG or confectionery industry preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
