We are seeking a motivated Graduate or Undergraduate candidate to join our Event Management team in Panchkula India. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain practical experience in event planning and execution.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of events
Help in managing event logistics, including setup and breakdown
Support marketing efforts for events, and promotional activities
Maintain event budgets and ensure adherence to timelines
Gather feedback and assist in post-event analysis
Provide administrative support to the event management team




Skills and Qualifications
Graduate or Undergraduate, 12th pass
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of event planning software or tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with robust follow-through
