Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage quality function in the unit through effective quality planning, allocation of resources and quality measurements.
- Establish quality standards in every department as per the requirements of NABH standards and ensure adherence to the same.
- Establish quality standards in laboratories as per the requirements of NABL standards and ensure adherence to the same.
- Develop quality control plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures. Ensure that all procedures within the unit conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation.
- Monitor the quality processes closely and eliminate causes of unsatisfactory performance in such processes.
- Drive all actions to minimize / eliminate deviations to quality standards.
- Review and evaluate the work of hospital qualified, technical and clerical staff to determine the effectiveness of quality assurance programs.




- Review patient records to determine the need for admission, continued hospital stay and level of care by the staff.
- Enhancement of patient satisfaction.
- Database Management, Documentation & Analysis.
- NABH Training & Development.

Qualification: Any Postgraduate

Experience: 1 - 3 Years in Hospital Quality Management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
