- Perform fiber/glass layup as per production drawings and specifications
- Handle resin mixing, infusion, and moulding processes
- Operate CNC machines and trimming tools for composite parts
- Carry out in-process and final quality inspection of finished components
- Maintain protected and clean work area following EHS standards
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical / Production or related trade
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in composite or fibre manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow process instructions
- Physically fit for shop floor work environment
- Immediate joining preferred
