- *Job Summary** We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our production team as **Offset Printing Press Helpers**. You will assist senior operators in the day-to-day operations of our offset printing and other machines to ensure high-quality production of cartons, packaging, and stationary. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Support:** Assist operators in setting up offset presses, mounting plates, and loading ink.
- **Material Handling:** Prepare and load paper or boards into the machine; move finished printed products to the packing or bindery area.
- **Maintenance & Cleaning:** Perform routine cleaning and washing of printing rollers, blankets, and the general work area to maintain a safe environment.
- **Quality Monitoring:** Help monitor the press during runs to ensure consistent ink levels and identify visible defects like color variations or smudges.
- **Supply Management:** Keep track of essential supplies like ink, varnish, and paper to avoid production stoppages.
- Logistics Management: Material Movement in the factory.
- *Qualifications & Skills**




- **Education:** 5th pass (ITI in Printing/Packaging is a plus).
- **Experience:** 0–2 years in a printing press or manufacturing setting (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- **Physical Stamina:** Ability to stand for long shifts and lift weights (up to 20–25 kg) as required by the production line.
- **Traits:** Attention to detail, willingness to learn technical skills, and a strong cooperative attitude.

- **Salary:** Competitive, based on Karnataka’s minimum wage standards for the printing industry ( to per month estimated for entry-level).
