- *Job Summary**Carto Prints Private Limited, a well-established manufacturer in the printing and packaging industry for over 40 years, is looking for a dedicated **Offset Machine Feeder**. You will be responsible for the primary setup and continuous feeding of paper/materials into offset printing presses to ensure high-quality, uninterrupted production.**Key Responsibilities**
- **Machine Setup:** Prepare the feeding tray and load paper or specified materials into the machine in a uniform manner.
- **Material Management:** Monitor paper flow and adjust feed/tension controls to prevent jams or "trips" during the print run.
- **Quality Control:** Visually inspect printed sheets for imperfections and ensure the machine is supplied with enough ink, varnish, and paper to avoid stoppages.
- **Maintenance:** Assist the main operator in cleaning ink fountains, rollers, and cylinders; perform basic lubrication and minor mechanical repairs as needed.
- **Post-Production:** Remove printed material from the delivery end and stack or package them according to job specifications.




- *Requirements**
- **Education:** Minimum 10th or 12th pass. ITI or Diploma in Printing Technology is preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
- **Experience:** 1–2 years of experience as a feeder or helper in an offset printing environment is ideal.
- **Skills:**
- Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues.
- Physical stamina to handle paper loads and stand for long shifts.
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
