Job Summary We are looking for hardworking and reliable individuals to join our production team as Offset Printing Press Helpers. You will assist senior operators in the day-to-day operations of our offset printing and other machines to ensure high-quality production of cartons, packaging, and stationary. Key Responsibilities

- Machine Support: Assist operators in setting up offset presses, mounting plates, and loading ink.
- Material Handling: Prepare and load paper or boards into the machine; move finished printed products to the packing or bindery area.
- Maintenance & Cleaning: Perform routine cleaning and washing of printing rollers, blankets, and the general work area to maintain a safe environment.
- Quality Monitoring: Help monitor the press during runs to ensure consistent ink levels and identify visible defects like color variations or smudges.
- Supply Management: Keep track of essential supplies like ink, varnish, and paper to avoid production stoppages.
- Logistics Management: Material Movement in the factory.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education:



5th pass (ITI in Printing/Packaging is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years in a printing press or manufacturing environment (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long shifts and lift weights (up to 20–25 kg) as required by the production line.
- Traits: Attention to detail, willingness to learn technical skills, and a robust cooperative attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Competitive, based on Karnataka’s minimum wage standards for the printing industry ( to per month estimated for entry-level).
