We are looking for an engineer who doesn't just write code, but owns outcomes. Someone who can take a problem, architect a solution, and ship it to production. You will design and build the backend systems and GenAI-powered features that sit at the heart of our clients' most critical platforms.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You will think, build, and iterate like a founder.

Years of Experience: 5 - 8 years

Location: Remote/ Coimbatore

Key Skills:

- Backend Development (Expert): Python, Django/Flask, RESTful APIs, Websockets
- GenAI & LLM Integration (Proficient): Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, context management, output validation, and cost/latency optimization
- Cloud Technologies (Proficient): AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda), GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions), CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI or Github Actions
- Databases (Advanced): PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- AI/ML (Familiar): Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts,



experience with RAG, Vector Databases (Pinecone or ChromaDB or others)
- Tools (Expert): Git, Docker, Linux

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and scale secure, high-performance backend systems using AI-assisted development (Claude)
- Build and ship AI-powered product features with a focus on usability and real-world impact
- Own project end-to-end - from requirement discussions with clients to production deployment. Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Architect scalable systems and make key technical decisions aligned with product goals
- Leverage Claude and AI tools to generate, iterate, and optimize code, ensuring production-grade quality
- Review and refine AI-generated outputs to meet performance, reliability, and security standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, frontend, data) to deliver cohesive solutions
- Continuously improve systems based on feedback, usage, and performance metrics
