Senior On-Ground Marketing & Sales Manager

Role Overview We are hiring a senior-level professional to lead marketing execution and sales for a real estate project in Nellore. This is a long-term role. The initial 4-month campaign is only the starting phase. Beyond that, the candidate will take ownership of the sales function, market growth, and overall revenue performance. The role requires a strong on-ground leader who can execute, manage teams, and drive consistent sales closures. Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution

● Lead execution of an integrated marketing campaign including events, activations, and lead generation

● Coordinate with marketing, events, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution

● Drive footfall, engagement, and lead quality during the campaign phase Sales Leadership & Team Management

● Lead and manage a team of 4–5 sales executives

● Monitor team performance and improve conversion rates

● Ensure strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management

● Provide guidance and support for client handling and deal closure Sales & Conversion Ownership

● Take full ownership of the sales funnel from lead to closure

● Drive site visits, client interactions, and bookings

● Personally handle high-intent clients and key negotiations





● Ensure consistent closures and revenue generation Market Development (Nellore Focus) ● Build strong presence in the Nellore local market

● Identify and tap into potential buyer segments

● Develop local networks and channels to generate demand

● Position the project effectively among local audiences Long-Term Sales Ownership

● Lead the sales function beyond the campaign phase

● Build a structured and scalable sales process

● Ensure continuous pipeline growth and performance improvement Requirements

● 3–6 years of experience in real estate, field sales, or on-ground marketing

● Proven experience in managing and leading a team

● Strong sales and closing ability

● Ability to handle both execution and strategy

● Comfortable working on-ground full-time Compensation ₹40,000 per month Performance-based incentives can be added Growth Opportunity

● Direct impact on project growth and expansion Additional Notes This role requires a hands-on approach, strong execution capability, and the ability to lead from the front. The candidate will play a key role in establishing the project in the market and driving long-term success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
