Key Responsibilities
• Cover news related to Jharkhand politics, government departments, and public interest issues
• Attend press conferences, political events, protests, and administrative meetings
• Conduct field reporting and gather information from reliable sources
• Take video bites, interviews, and statements from politicians, officials, and public representatives
• Coordinate with editorial team for script preparation and publishing
• Identify important and trending local topics for news coverage
• Maintain professional relationships with government departments and local sources
• Deliver accurate, factual, and timely reporting
• Contribute to digital and social media news content

• Strong familiarity with Jharkhand politics and political leaders
• Minimum 3 years experience in journalism or reporting
