Role Overview
Lead & manage Field & Tele-Collections operations for your state! Drive recovery targets, optimize efficiency, and manage large teams with strategic & operational expertise. ??
Key Responsibilities
- ? Lead end-to-end Field & Tele-Collections operations
- ? Drive monthly, quarterly & annual recovery targets
- ? Supervise Collection Managers, Team Leaders, Field Executives & Tele-callers
- ? Design state-level collection strategies to reduce delinquency
- ? Monitor productivity, allocations & dashboards daily
- ✅ Ensure compliance with company policies & regulations
- ⚖️ Coordinate with legal, operations & risk teams for escalations
- ? ♂️ Conduct field visits & review meetings
- ? Control portfolio health,
roll rates & bucket movement
- ? Implement training programs to improve negotiation & recovery skills
Eligibility Criteria
- 8+ years in Collections (Field + Tele-Collections)
- Experience with secured/unsecured loan portfolios
- Proven record in large team & state-level operations
- Robust knowledge of delinquency management & recovery strategies
- Excellent leadership, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting dashboards ?
