Job Description - We are looking for a senior engineer with hands-on design experience in industrial Air Pollution Control Devices (APCDs). This role will lead the technical architecture and product development of particulate emission control systems for industrial applications. Core Responsibilities - * Design and engineering of particulate emission control systems such as pulse-jet bag filters, electrostatic precipitators (ESP), and industrial dust collectors.

Engineering calculations for airflow, dust loading, filtration sizing, pressure drop, and system capacity.
Design of capture hoods, duct networks, and fume extraction systems (FES) for furnaces, boilers, and industrial processes.
Selection and specification of fans, blowers, filter media, and system components.




Development of modular system architecture suitable for standardized product deployment rather than custom EPC installations.
Technical evaluation of performance to meet stack particulate emission limits.
Interface with fabrication vendors for prototype manufacturing and testing.

Required Technical

n

Experience - * 8+ years of experience in design of industrial air pollution control systems.

n
Direct engineering experience with baghouse filters, ESP systems, or industrial dust collection equipment.
Solid understanding of industrial ventilation and airflow design.
Experience handling high-temperature particulate-laden exhaust streams from furnaces, boilers, or similar processes.
Ability to perform system sizing, filtration design, and pressure drop calculations.

Background - * Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering

Prior experience with pollution control equipment manufacturers or APCD system integrators
Experience designing systems for industries such as foundries, steel plants, cement plants, boilers, or metal processing.
