This is a full time, in office role for a Real Estate Sales Associate based in Mohali district.

n

The Real Estate Sales

n

Associate will be responsible for building client relationships, assisting clients in buying, selling,

and renting properties, and identifying opportunities in the local real estate market. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining current knowledge of market trends, conducting property showings, providing excellent customer service, negotiating deals, and generating leads through prospecting and community engagement. Qualifications

Proficiency in Real Estate, Real Property, and an active Real Estate License is required.

n

Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.

n

Solid skills in Customer Service and a commitment to client satisfaction.

n

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

n

Familiarity with the local real estate market in and around Mohali district.

n

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

n

A high level of organization and attention to detail.
