Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patiala for a Medical Doctor. The Medical Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients in need, diagnosing illnesses, developing treatment plans, and prescribing medications. The position also involves performing clinical procedures, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals, and offering health education to patients and communities. Additionally,



the Medical Doctor will contribute to relief efforts during emergencies and collaborate on public health initiatives to improve access to healthcare in underserved regions.

Qualifications

- Proficient in medical diagnosis, treatment planning, and prescribing medications
- Skilled in performing clinical procedures and emergency medical care
- Experience in public health initiatives and medical outreach programs
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a team, adapt to diverse and challenging environments, and provide culturally sensitive care
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid medical licensure
- Experience working in humanitarian aid or disaster relief settings is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of local languages is beneficial
