Role Overview:
We are looking for skilled and confident Sales Closers who can handle pre-qualified calls and convert them into high-ticket sales. If you understand human psychology, can build trust quickly, and know how to guide prospects toward decisions - this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle scheduled 1-to-1 sales calls with warm leads
Understand client needs and present the right offer
Build rapport and handle objections effectively
Close deals confidently without being pushy
Maintain accurate call notes and update Google Sheets
Requirements:

Fluency in both Hindi and English (mandatory)
Strong communication and persuasion skills




Prior experience in high-ticket sales/closing is preferred
Ability to work remotely with a stable internet connection
Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented mindset
Compensation:

Performance-based: Earn 10% commission per closed deal
