Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with incoming leads, understand their requirements, and guide them towards booking site visits. Training will be provided, so freshers with the right attitude are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Call and follow up with leads provided by the company (no cold data hunting)
- Understand customer requirements like budget, location, and preferences
- Explain project details clearly and build interest
- Coordinate site visit appointments with the sales team
- Maintain basic lead records and follow-up updates
- Build positive relationships with potential buyers

Who Can Apply

- Freshers or candidates with basic calling/sales experience
- Good communication skills (Hindi, Marathi, or basic English)
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn




- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone
