Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients
- Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and maintain a positive customer experience.
- Update customer details in the database and keep accurate records of interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly targets, actively contributing to team goals.

Requirements:

- Solid verbal communication skills and an ability to engage professionally.
- Resilient and goal-oriented mindset,



with a dedication to achieving firm goals.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.

- Probation Period: 2 months
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
