Job Summary

nWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Franchise Sales Associate to expand our franchise network. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a passion for business development.n

Key Responsibilities

nIdentify and generate leads for franchise opportunitiesn

Conduct meetings and presentations with potential franchise partners

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees

n

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

n

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new franchise partners

n

Maintain proper records of leads and follow-ups

n

Requirements

n

Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

n13 years of experience in sales / business development (Franchise sales experience is an advantage)n

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

n

Willingness to travel and relocate to Attingal, Thiruvananthapuram
