nWe are looking for a customer-focused **Contact Center Agent** to handle inbound and outbound communications and provide exceptional support across multiple channels. The role requires robust communication skills, problem-solving ability, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.n
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and service requests within defined timelines
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow company SOPs, scripts, and quality standards
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, delivery, and accounts for issue resolution
