Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accounting activities related to internal and external beneficiaries, including transfer entries, returns, replacements, and credit notes.
- Manage warehouse accounting and receivables, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
- Maintain and control petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
- Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices.
- Ensure timely posting and reconciliation of accounts in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties for account-related clarifications.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in Warehouse Accounting / Receivables.
Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Navision / SAP.
- Expert in MS Excel.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Comfortable with Internet and E-mail communication.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in warehouse or inventory-related accounting.
- Immediate availability will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
