nWe are looking for a customer-focused Contact Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound communications and provide exceptional support across multiple channels. The role requires robust communication skills, problem-solving ability, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.n
Key Responsibilities*
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
Resolve customer complaints, issues, and service requests within defined timelines
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
Follow company SOPs, scripts, and quality standards
Meet individual and team KPIs related to response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, delivery, and accounts for issue resolution
