- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations for raw materials and finished goods.
- Arrange transport vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR etc.
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Maintain dispatch records and logistics MIS reports.
- Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for dispatch planning.
- Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost-effective logistics.
- Handle transporter communication and issue resolution related to deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and statutory documentation.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of E-way bill, dispatch documentation, and transporter coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to handle multiple dispatch schedules.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in manufacturing / chemical industry logistics.
- Candidates located near Taloja / Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
