Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations for raw materials and finished goods.
Arrange transport vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR etc.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Maintain dispatch records and logistics MIS reports.
Coordinate with production, stores, and sales teams for dispatch planning.
Monitor transportation costs and ensure cost-effective logistics.
Handle transporter communication and issue resolution related to deliveries.
Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and statutory documentation.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of E-way bill, dispatch documentation, and transporter coordination.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to handle multiple dispatch schedules.
Preferred Candidate:
Experience in manufacturing / chemical industry logistics.
Candidates located near Taloja / Navi Mumbai will be preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
