Job Title Factory Inchage Male - Plastic Injection Moulding Company Hosur Suriya Plastics Pvt Ltd Location Hosur Gender Male Only Job Summary Hosur Suriya Plastics Pvt Ltd a leading manufacturer in Plastic Injection Moulding is seeking a qualified and experienced Operations Manager to oversee complete factory operations at Hosur The candidate will be responsible for managing around 50 employees ensuring smooth production quality audit compliance and factory administration Key Responsibilities Supervise and control day-to-day injection moulding production operations Plan production schedules and allocate manpower effectively to meet delivery and quality targets Lead a team of approximately 50 employees ensuring performance discipline and safety standards Handle factory audits ISO customer and statutory and maintain required documentation Ensure machine uptime preventive maintenance and efficient material utilization Coordinate with quality stores maintenance and dispatch teams for smooth operations Implement productivity improvement cost control and waste reduction measures Oversee factory administration including attendance shift planning statutory coordination and housekeeping Prepare regular production and performance reports for management review Ensure compliance with EHS Environment Health Safety and all statutory regulations Qualifications Experience Diploma BE in Mechanical Production Plastic Technology CIPET qualification preferred Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Plastic Injection Moulding operations including audit and factory administration exposure Strong knowledge of plastics injection moulding machines process settings material handling and production planning Proven ability in leading large teams and maintaining operational discipline Proficient in MS Office and ERP-based production systems Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership skills Strong understanding of factory audits documentation and quality systems ISO standards Additional Details Work Location Hosur On-site Factory Role Reporting To Director General Manager Gender Male only Employment Type Full-time Salary - 30K to 50K Based on the experience and industry knowledge Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Advantages Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Hosur Tamil Nadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Male Candidates from Plastic Injection Moulding alone to apply Males candidates with Diploma BE in Mechanical Production Plastic Technology CIPET qualification need to apply Education Bachelor s Required Experience Plastic Injection Moulding 5 years Required ISO Auditing 5 years Preferred Language Tamil English Kannada Required Hindi Preferred Location Hosur Tamil Nadu Required Work Location In person
