You will be joining the top FMCG conglomerate in India as an Assistant Manager - Plant HR & IR based at their factory in Hosur near Bangalore. **Role Overview:**
As the Assistant Manager - Plant HR & IR, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in ensuring fair and sustainable industrial relations/HR processes
- Supporting various departments in recruitment planning and managerial training
- Implementing HRM interventions aligned with the company's overall strategy
- Engaging with union delegates/officers and addressing day-to-day grievances
- Designing and executing training plans based on identified needs
- Monitoring and scouting for talent to fulfill recruitment needs
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Knowledge of various statutes, wage calculations, budgeting, and disciplinary proceedings
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, compensation, manpower planning, and HR software
- Understanding contemporary training tools, organizational behavior, and management development approaches
**Qualifications Required:**
- Recognized PG degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management and/or IR, with a specialization in Law being an added advantage
You will report to the Human Resource Manager (Factory HR Head) and be based in Hosur near Bangalore. This role requires excellent communication, proactive planning, negotiation, organizational, and coordination skills. You should also be proficient in computer-based tools and be able to work effectively under pressure.
