- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from **sourcing to onboarding**
- Identify and engage top talent through **job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking**
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination, and candidate assessment




- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide strategic hiring solutions
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of current hires
- Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics
- *Required Skills & Qualifications:**
- *1-5 years** of experience in **end-to-end recruitment**

nStrong experience in **IT & Non IT** hiringn

Proficiency in **Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms**
