Role Overview

nWe are hiring customer support executives for a business loan telecalling process. The role involves handling outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them through the application process.n

Key Responsibilities

nMake outbound calls to potential customers regarding business loan offersn

Explain loan products, eligibility, and perks clearly

n

Assist customers in completing the loan application process

n

Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead database

n

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics

n

Maintain professional and positive communication with customers

Eligibility Criteria

nQualification:



10th / 12th / Any Degree (Arrears also considered)n

Experience

n

Freshers Welcome

n1+ year experience in telecalling / sales preferredn

Age Limit: Below 35 years

Language: Tamil (mandatory) + Basic English
