nWe are hiring customer support executives for a **business loan telecalling process.** The role involves handling outbound calls to potential customers, explaining loan products, and assisting them through the application process.n

Key **Responsibilities:**

n
- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding business loan offers
- Explain loan products, eligibility, and benefits clearly
- Assist customers in completing the loan application process
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain lead database
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and performance metrics
- Maintain skilled and positive communication with customers

Eligibility **Criteria:**

- Qualification:



10th / 12th / Any Degree (Arrears also considered)
- Experience:
- Freshers Welcome
- 1+ year experience in telecalling / sales preferred
- Age Limit: Below 35 years
- Language: Tamil (mandatory) + Basic English
