Duties and Responsibilities
Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
Monthly hold clearance.
Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team.
Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within the desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
Liasoning with functional team - Operations.
Required Qualifications and Experience
