We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager** who can **design high-quality content using Canva**, manage social media accounts, and integrate **AI tools** to improve speed, creativity, and consistency.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation

n

- Design **Instagram posts, reels covers, carousels, stories** using **Canva**
- Create **contemporary, premium-looking visuals**
- Maintain consistent **brand style, fonts, and colours**
- Adapt content for **different countries and audiences**
- Create **reel text overlays and captions**

n

AI Integration

nUse AI tools to improve productivity:n
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for captions & ideas
- Canva AI features (Magic Design, Background remover)
- AI image tools if required
- Caption generation & hashtag optimisation
- Content repurposing using AI

n

Social Media Management

n
- Plan and schedule posts
- Maintain content calendar
- Upload posts, reels, stories
- Coordinate with marketing team
- Maintain brand tone and positioning
- Optimize content for engagement

Performance Optimization

n
- Understand latest Instagram & TikTok trends
- Improve reach using hooks, formatting,

- Suggest improvements for content strategy
- Maintain organized content folders

Skills RequiredMust Have

- Strong Canva skills (post, reel, carousel design)

- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Good English communication
- Understanding of modern minimal design
- Knowledge of Instagram & TikTok content formats
