We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who can design high-quality content using Canva, manage social media accounts, and integrate AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and consistency.
The ideal candidate understands modern aesthetics, brand consistency, and performance-focused content.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Design Instagram posts, reels covers, carousels, stories using Canva
- Create modern, premium-looking visuals
- Maintain consistent brand style, fonts, and colours
- Adapt content for different countries and audiences
- Create reel text overlays and captions
AI Integration
Use AI tools to improve productivity:
- ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini for captions & ideas
- Canva AI features (Magic Design, Background remover)
- AI image tools if required
- Caption generation & hashtag optimisation
- Content repurposing using AI
Social Media Management
- Plan and schedule posts
- Maintain content calendar
- Upload posts, reels, stories
- Coordinate with marketing team
- Maintain brand tone and positioning
- Optimize content for engagement
- Strong Canva skills (post, reel, carousel design)
- Understanding of social media formats
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
- Good English communication
- Understanding of contemporary minimal design
- Knowledge of Instagram & TikTok content formats
Preferred
- Experience using AI tools
- Basic video editing skills
- Understanding of branding
- Experience handling multiple accounts
- Knowledge of reels text formatting
- Knowledge of scheduling tools (Buffer, Meta planner etc.)
Tools Knowledge
Candidate should be comfortable using:
- Canva
- ChatGPT or AI writing tools
- Google Drive
- Instagram / TikTok
- Meta Business Suite
- Basic video editing apps
Work Scope
- Full time

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
