nThis is a full-time, in office Relationship Officer role based in Ajmer.n

The Relationship

nOfficer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through financial solutions, and addressing their needs.



Daily responsibilities include liaising with clients, managing loan and insurance services, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with partner banks and financial institutions. The role also involves driving sales, achieving targets, and providing seamless customer service to contribute to business growth.n
- *Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales
- Understanding of Finance and industry-specific products such as loans and insurance
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
- Ability to work on-site in Ajmer and build lasting client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in financial services or a similar role will be an advantage
