nWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Executive – Facilities Management to oversee and maintain the overall infrastructure of our Palakkad campus. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hardware, networking, and basic electrical systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.n
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain campus infrastructure, including IT systems and physical facilities
- Handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals
- Oversee basic networking setup, configuration, and issue resolution
- Ensure proper functioning of software systems and provide user-level support
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and coordinate with external vendors when required
- Monitor and maintain UPS, power backup systems, and electrical connections
- Ensure minimal downtime by proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and asset management
- *Requirements:**
- ITI / Diploma in relevant technical field (Electronics / Electrical / Computer Hardware)
- Proven experience in computer hardware maintenance and basic networking
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and infrastructure management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently
- Willingness to respond to on-site technical issues promptly
- *Preferred Profile:**
- Experience in campus or institutional facility management
- Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks and system administration
- Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude
